I'm happy that you're excited about your order! If you ordered something during a pre-order, it can take 4-6 weeks to ship, depending on the supply chain. I work a full-time day job on top of Ghost Bongo but try to get orders out as soon as possible.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No, all orders placed online will be shipped.
Can I get this shirt that sold out in my size, or another color, or this specific style?
No :)
I sent you my order in an Instagram DM. Why didn't I get it?
Orders cannot be placed in my DMs. It's too difficult to manage and keep track of inventory and payments. Sign up for my newsletter to get notified when new products drop if you're worried about things selling out.
Do you do commissions?
Yes! Send me an email with the project details, budget, timeline, and more. I can't guarantee I'll have time, but am always open to collaborating.
Do you ever sell in person?
Yes! I'll announce upcoming markets and in-person sales on my Instagram account.
